Get Unbound operates this website and provides general mortgage and property education together with a lead generation and introduction service. When you submit an enquiry we pass it to one or more third-party providers, and we are paid for doing so. We are not a mortgage broker, lender, or adviser.

The information provided on this website and through our services is general in nature and has been prepared without taking into account your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs.

Any assessment or results provided through our mortgage calculator is an indicative assessment only, based on general information you provide. It is not a guarantee of eligibility for any financial product, loan, or service, and should not be relied upon as the basis for any financial decision.

3. Referrals, Lead Sales and Commissions

Important Disclosure: Get Unbound sells enquiries. When you submit your details we may sell or pass your enquiry to one or more third-party providers for a fee. That fee may be paid for the introduction itself, whether or not you go on to engage the provider. We may also receive referral fees, commissions, introducer fees, marketing fees, or other financial benefits if you subsequently engage a provider's services or purchase products through them.

We may refer you to, and may receive financial benefits from referrals to:

• Mortgage brokers and lenders
• Financial advisers
• Accountants and tax advisers
• Solicitors and conveyancers
• Insurance brokers
• Other service providers

Referral fees may be a fixed dollar amount, a percentage of the transaction value, trailing commissions, or a combination.

Conflict of Interest: The existence of referral arrangements creates a potential conflict of interest. We have a financial incentive to refer you to service providers with whom we have referral arrangements.

You are under no obligation to use any service provider we refer you to. We encourage you to obtain multiple quotes and conduct your own due diligence.

4. Your Consent to Referral and Contact

By submitting your details through our calculator you:

• Consent to Get Unbound passing your enquiry, including your contact details and the answers you gave, to the lead distribution platform we use and to one or more third-party providers, including mortgage brokers, lenders, property investment advisers, and financial advisers
• Consent to Get Unbound, that platform, and those providers contacting you by phone, SMS, and email about your enquiry and the services you asked about, including through automated and AI-assisted messaging
• Give that consent even if your number is listed on the Do Not Call Register, and as your express consent to receive commercial electronic messages for the purposes of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)
• Confirm that the phone number and email address you give are yours, and that you are at least 18
• Agree that we keep a record of the consent wording you accepted, when you accepted it, and the page, IP address, and device you used, and that we give that record to the provider your enquiry is passed to

You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or by emailing hello@beunbound.com.au. Withdrawal stops future sharing and contact by us. It does not unwind details already passed to a provider; each provider must honour an opt-out you give it directly. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of our website or services, including:

• Any financial loss, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity
• Any loss arising from financial decisions
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided by us
• Any loss arising from services provided by third parties we refer you to

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law.
